Helmikuussa kynimme toisen puutarhassamme kasvavan puun ja välillä olemme jo pelänneet, että operaatio oli liian raju, mutta nyt puu on onneksi alkanut versoa uusia oksia ja lehtiä. Saamme sittenkin varjoa kesän kuumille päiville.

In February we cut one of the trees in our garder and for a while we have thought the operation was too much for it. Fortunately the tree has finally started to grow new brances and leaves and we will get some shade in the garden during the hot summer days.

Kävimme lelukaupassa ostamassa lahjan kaverin synttäreille ja samalla sieltä löytyi Pojalle lennätettävä lentokone. Kone on jo pari kertaa pelastettu pensasaidan päältä ja toiselta puoleltakin.

We went to a toy store to buy a present for a friend's birthday and also found an airplane for Little Boy. The plane has already found it's way a couple of times inside or even on the other side of the hedge.

Iltapäivällä olimme suomalaisperheen läksiäisjuhlissa. Puutarhassa pomppi musta kani.

In the afternoon we went to a farewell party. There was this black rabbit jumping in the garden.
