Koska pääsiäinen on erilaisten (suklaa)munien aikaa, Poikakin kaivoi viime viikonloppuna vesivärit ja pensselit esiin ja maalasi kummitädin tuomia Fazerin Mignon-munia. Poika harkitsi tarkasti mitä värejä käyttäisi opettajien ja ystävien pääsiäismunien koristeluun.

Because Easter is the time for all kinds of (chocolate)eggs Little Boy dug out his water colours and brushes and did some colouring on the Fazer Mignon eggs which his godmother brought from Finland a while ago. He thought very carefully which colours to use to decorate eggs for his teachers and his friends.

Poika on ollut tämän päivän kotona ja kaveri E tuli meille leikkimään aamulla kassillinen örkkejä mukanaan. Gormiti-leikkien välissä kaverukset istahtivat hetkeksi katsomaan aiheeseen sopivaa ohjelmaa DVD:ltä.

Little Boy has been at home today and his friend E came over to play with a bag full of Gormitis. Along with their playing they sat down to watch some episodes of Gormiti DVDs.

Telkun alla on uusi mööpeli, jonka tilasimme tammikuun lopussa. Toimitusajaksi luvattiin 21 - 25 päivää - kaluste tuli viime perjantaina (noin 60 päivää tilauksesta). Tänään huonekaluliikeen asentaja kävi vielä poraamassa reiät yläosassa olevien lokeroiden perälle, että niihin voidaan laittaa kaikki tarpeelliset laitteet ja johdot saadaan kulkemaan takakautta. Sen jälkeen Perheenäiti vietti hikisen tunnin arpomalla johtoja eri laitteiden välillä. Apuna oli onneksi laitteiden takaa otettu valokuva ennen kaapeleiden irrotusta, mutta kyllä sitäkin piti zoomata moneen kertaan ennen kuin tuli valmista.

Under the telly there is our new furniture which we ordered in the end of January. They promised we would get it in 21-25 days - it arrived last Friday (about 60 days from ordering). Today the fitter from the furniture store came to drill holes in the empty spaces so that we can put all our gadgets in them and get all the cables going through the back. After that Mummy spent an hour trying to sort out and assemble all the cables. Luckily Mummy took a picture at the back of the devices before undoing them but still she needed to zoom the pictures many times before the work was done.
